My friend and I went for sparkling afternoon tea at Cafe Concerto in the Strand. The ambience was wonderful the Manager Jose Luis and the four staff that served us at different times, sorry can't member all your names were absolutely fantastic in their manner and attention to detail. The prosecco, teas, brooches, sandwiches, scones & cakes were absolutely fabulous. Thank You, Liz & Pauline
