Don't send customers away for not printing their vouchers. If they have an appointment and the voucher on their phone, provide the service paid for.

The recipients enjoyed their experience so I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Very disappointing venue. Waited 15 minutes and had to be asked to be served. Food was mediocre and wasn't offered any tea. Then when did arrive was normal builders tea. No plates to eat food from. Very poor overall and doesn't come anywhere near to other places in London. Even been to a garden centre that provided a much better experience. I would never go back.

for a £29 Groupon we were promised fresh sandwiches, cakes & scones + tea or coffee + champagne. We received 6 finger sized sandwiches - two of which had no filling - on stale bread, 2 miniature packet cakes, also stale, and two stale scones. We were gutted. Limited to tea only, no choice & no refill. We weren't the only ones to complain. So incredibly overpriced and disappointing.

We really enjoyed our champagne afternoon tea. It was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were polite, efficient, friendly and not over-bearing. We had a lovely experience and hope to return soon. Thank you.

Service was poor and whilst we only paid £11 for champagne tea, there was hardly any cake and very few sandwiches. The actual price for an afternoon tea is £25 which is definitely not worth the money.
