Kaspar’s is a seafood restaurant and oyster bar designed in a dazzling art-deco style. Cut-glass mirroring, bright brass railings, a silver leaf ceiling and a checkerboard marble floor frame the circular central bar that’s flanked by Murano glass columns and pendant glass light fittings to crown Kaspar’s theatrical style. Choose from an array of fresh and smoked fish, oysters, caviar and fresh seafood: unctuous slivers of smoked salmon, cured sea bass or fresh rock oysters followed by Dover sole, lobster or Atlantic turbot; spatchcocked chicken, lamb cutlets or beef. Conclude with clever twists on classic desserts such as caramel crémeux or peach mousse delice sensation.
