About The Gnocchi Hut

Located just a short distance from London South Bank University, The Gnocchi Hut aims to fulfil the ideal of a sustainable food project. They specialise in serving spinach and beetroot gnocchi and they strive to adhere to a 0% food waste policy. They use locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible, and their takeaway boxes, cutlery and napkins are designed to be completely compostable.
