The Lobster Pot is owned by its chief chef, Hervé Régent, who began his career at the tender age of 15, and has since worked at numerous prestigious institutions and for many high profile clients. He now runs The Lobster Pot, a seafood restaurant which aims to give customers a truly aquatic experience. The restaurant’s interior mimics the look of a luxurious fishing vessel, making for an atmospheric meal. Meat and vegetarian options grace the menu, but the fish and seafood dishes are the star of the show. There is also a famous eight-course surprise menu, in which the chef will go all out to give diners a decidedly decadent dinner.
