I truly enjoyed my experience at Lumi Spa. From the beginning, I was greeted with lovely staff, especially Maria, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout. I booked my appointment for the morning, and the massage room, spa and changing rooms were very clean, and cleaned several times while I was there. There were secure lockers to store personal belongings. Sania (apologies if I have misspelt her name) gave a wonderful, relaxing massage adjusted to my preferred pressure level. The pool was warm and relaxing. There was a sense of camaraderie with the other people in the spa, and everyone was considerate of each other. I lost my earrings and Maria very kindly went the extra mile to help me find them, for which I am grateful. They were also very responsive to emails and accommodating of my request for a female massage therapist. The only minor issue is that the shower was slightly fiddly to use. But overall I would most certainly return to this spa. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Small but decent and beautiful spa! ✨ Sauna and swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ (no steam room, sadly). Loved spending the afternoon with my sister ❤️. Staff were courteous and friendly 😊. Loved my three treatment sessions! The massage was amazing 🤩. I loved it! 🥰 I recommend!

Gorgeous spa, with friendly and helpful staff. Massages were 10/10, and we loved the fact that it wasn’t busy so we could enjoy the pool alone. Would love to return!

Wonderful service and nice place. However absolutely tiny! Was not prepared. For ladies there is only 1 shower cubicle which btw door is translucent! So people can see you. This is in the most tiniest changing room where you cannot even get changed without bumping into someone or blocking their locker. Never seen a spa this tiny where you have to rapid shower cos people are waiting to use. Massage was decent but could have been better. Wish someone wrote this as a review before I booked!

The spa is very limited, literally a tiny pool and a sauna. Staff were all lovely. Head spa treatment was just OK.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. The spa had a flood the say of our services, and while I understand that these things sometimes happen, Lumi did not reach out to let us know about the incident until after we arrived. Upon check-in, we were told they could no longer accommodate us and we’d need to reschedule- less than ideal as we were only in London for the day. The spa ended up accommodating us but by the time we had worked through everything we ended up with a 35 minute massage (we paid for 50), two people crammed into a spa room clearly designed for one (good job it was my Mum and we didn’t mind being together!) and listening to loud workmen and power tools right next door- it didn’t make for the best experience. Ultimately we didn’t have much choice due to our limited time in London and I do appreciate the spa trying to do their best. The biggest letdown was actually Groupon- I reached out to see if we could get a partial refund and got an absolute runaround. After SIXTEEN emails back and forth with their India Contact Center, all I wanted was to actually talk to a human about the experience- what I got was a “sorry, we don’t talk over the phone” and a 5 pound credit. Disappointing service indeed. Ultimately I gave up, which I’m sure is exactly what they were hoping for.

This was my first ever head spa experience, and unfortunately, it left me really disappointed. Overall, it just wasn’t worth the time or money. The pool was tiny, with cracked tiles and cloudy water—definitely not something you’d want to swim in. There’s no steam room, just a sauna, which was actually the only part that felt decent. The changing area was poor—just one very small toilet and a shower cubicle that smelled like mold. I booked the 50-minute treatment, which included a 20-minute facial. It felt rushed and very basic: just a cleanser, exfoliator, hydrating mask, and some cream—no SPF or anything extra. The head spa itself was relaxing, but I expected my hair to be washed. Instead, I left with it full of oil, which was frustrating, especially for my first experience. I also asked for a non-alcoholic drink, but the options were so limited I ended up with just water—honestly the best part of the whole visit. Definitely not something I’d recommend.
