Terrible. They did not turn up for the gig. We arrived at 7.30pm as suggested and waited until 8.06pm still no one has turned up. Spoke to bar staff, this has happened before , where they had not showed up for a show. Very disappointed, in London for a few days. I am trying to get a full refund, but I’m finding it difficult. Will not be using this site again
