This is a really cute place with good food but the voucher said we could have 90 minutes of free flowing prosecco and we booked for 4.30 and only received 45. No where were we advised that they closed at 5.30 otherwise we would have booked another time spot. This ended up being a waste of money as we missed out on half of it. Groupon are yet to do anything about it. The place itself again was very nice but the experience was tainted by the lack of information and feeling rushed out the door as they were closing.

Great novelty afternoon tea. Food was average and was told on arrival it was one hour of procecco but corrected them it was 90 minutes and they were fine. Would recommend it though as cake stand and miniature cakes were lovely.

Lovely bright airy and clean. Good knowledge of tea too. Eight of us had a lovely time. Good cakes too.

An open cafe. Nice Mad Hatter theme to the paper plates. Friendly waiter, who dealt with the over microwaved scones, rancid cream and missing cake well.

Great choice of tea. 3 rolls filled with tuna, egg and coronation chicken, so easy fillers. 2 small scones and one fancy cup cake and a few tiny fancy bite size tart/cakes. As much tea as you want to drink all served in lovely tea pot and cups and saucers. It's a cafe type place and not much space between tables. We had the big chairs on the side, which could have done with a cushion for your back, just to make it a bit more 'mad hatter' like. Lovely staff who explained about the different teas. Good value for money. Only get an hour.

Service appalling! As soon as we were ushered to our table we were told we only had an hour for our experience as they MAY be extremely busy later! Absolute cheek! No where on my Groupon did it clearly state we would only have an hour and as such the whole experience felt rushed as were so conscious of time during eating. Its a shame as the venue was pleasant and food was actually quite nice.
