With a nod to fine dining, the restaurant serves traditional British cuisine for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Providing a gastronomic journey around the UK, the menu features beef from Aberdeen, lamb from Wales, halibut from Cornwall and asparagus from Kent. The bar serves a range of complementary drinks and the establishment hosts special events like cheese and wine tasting.
