Amazing massage highly recommended!!

Was looking for a last minute appointment one evening as I had terrible pain in my back/shoulder. The staff were immediate to respond and schedule me an appointment for the very next afternoon. Friendly and professional from start to finish, Vishali the therapist is also INCREDIBLY strong and knew exactly how to help with my issue. (Side-note: they also sell hot / Chinese food which intrigued me so I went back a few days later for lunch which was also amazing.) 10/10 all round; will definitely go back. Thank you!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I spent weeks trying to contact the merchant and only got a response after contacting Groupon. Directed to the Ealing branch via a curt WhatsApp message, I arrived to find the massage bed in a back corridor surrounded by filing cabinets, with a dirty sheet barely providing privacy and a fire door opening onto a public alleyway. I felt unsafe and could not receive the treatment, yet payment was still taken. This feels like a scam. Do not waste your money on this.

Unresponsive, scammer claimed the voucher before I even got there and has blocked me without providing the service, avoid at all costs!! (the monument one)

Really bad experience, bright room, loud noise outside and ‘therapist’ used gloves throughout and not a good massage. Would not recommend. The massage bed was also not good uncomfortable, again bright room And noise outside at times it was painful!
