DISGRACEFUL, DISHONEST & DISRESPECTFUL – A WARNING TO WOMEN I purchased a Groupon for classic eyelash extensions at Ziad London for my daughter. The image showed a classic set, which she expected. However, the technician applied hybrid lashes without informing her of the change or the additional fee — only revealing the charge after the treatment was complete. When my daughter questioned this, there was no accountability or transparency. She felt intimidated and paid the extra amount under pressure. By the next morning, many lashes had fallen out. The salon offered to replace them, but when she requested a refund for the unexpected fee, the owner refused, responding with arrogance and hostility. He insisted the hybrid lashes be removed, leaving only the classic ones underneath – not offering a proper classic set. The technician warned this would be painful and that she wouldn’t replace lashes in the areas where removals occurred, leaving the result patchy and uneven. This was not a solution, but a tactic to avoid responsibility. This business shows a clear lack of honesty, transparency, and respect, particularly toward young women. My daughter was misled, pressured, and dismissed. ⚠️ To women and girls: avoid this salon. Your comfort, consent, and fair treatment will not be respected.
