Had to chase up order, not even drinks were delivered. Not easy finding staff to sort the problem. When finally served the food was mediocre and only warm. This is a loud, lively and very popular venue for the cocktail set even offering live music. Good location. I’d just not recommend eating there.

It had promise, the staff were nice but forgot about us, we had to wait an age for food that was very basic pub grub unfortunately,

The barmaid/receptionist was very good, but it stopped there. Dining service was pathetically slow. We went there for a meal and were there for two hours. The starters’ were late coming, but that took nowhere near as long as the main course. We complained several times about the delay in getting the main course which eventually came after an hours wait. We were there for over two hours. Not going back!

Staff lovely problem with groupon code would not work very stressful so spoilt the whole experience will not use groupon again. There were other people having same experience think groupon need to get their act together. Not an enjoyable experience, because of this waiting an hour for good. Awful !!!

Dirty tables had to clear the glasses off myself and ask staff 3 of them stood talking to clean the table . Food very was average dry hanging kebab and frozen squid rings .
