Set in the historic grounds of the 18th century Leighton Hall, The Hawk Garden is falconer Jim Brown's personal collection of exotic birds. Owls, hawks, buzzards, and others live in a walled garden, open to visitors for demonstrations and interactive experiences in the summer. Guests can also witness the majestic birds in flight during a daily bird of prey demonstration, while Jim reveals the secrets behind their varying hunting techniques.
