About Moorings

Set on the banks of the Trent, Moorings Restaurant & Champagne Bar offers a fine-dining menu inspired by British heritage. The Michelin-trained executive chef Dariusz Malak and his team use seasonal produce where possible in the dishes, which include pasta, seafood, and Sunday roasts. The bar offers wines from France, Italy, Germany, Chile and Lebanon, as well as a selection of cocktails.
