About The Slipway

The Slipway is a Burscough's canal-side eatery serving an array of mouth-watering dishes prepared using ingredients sourced from local farms, butchers and ports whenever possible. The decadent interiors with real fire and some art pieces on the walls create a space to enjoy time with friends and loved ones while savouring a choice of fish, meat or vegetarian dishes and sip on a fine selection of wines.
