Pros: The masseuse did an amazing head massage and facial. Cons: - I phoned the salon on 19th June and agreed my appointment would be at 10.30am on 22nd June. When I walked into the salon the first sentence I received from the receptionist is that I'm late and my appointment was at 10.15am. Not a great start but in their defence a text message was sent to me confirming my appointment is at 10.15am, however I was to busy at work to view it and cannot understand how it changed from 10.30am to 10.15am without me agreeing to it. - Prior to booking my appointment the salon confirmed via phone that the back massage would be around 30 mins, and the head massage would 25 mins and the facial would be around 25 mins so it's best to keep 1.5 hours free. Unfortunately I only received 1 hour in total for all 3 treatments. - The back massage was okay but improvements could be made in applying more pressure and using better massage techniques. - The door between both massage rooms kept opening and I could hear the people next door very loudly which made it hard to relax.
