We received a very warm welcome on arrival and were not waiting long before we went in. Unfortunately baby was not posing for photos so the advice of a walk and a few jumps later, they managed to squeeze us in again half an hour later for another try. Baby had moved but photos not clear due to positioning. Staff offered a re-visit free of charge to come back and try again in a weeks time. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel at ease and enjoy the experience (even if baby wasn't playing ball!) look forward to coming back next week.
