A great day out with the family. It's not very big but it is really welcoming and the staff will take the time to talk to the children. There is also a Garden Centre and a Play Area attached that is a nice place to have a picnic.

When I saw the offer for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) for £8.00 on Groupon I was a little bit sceptical. But once we were there that soon changed. The children loved seeing the variety of animals, especially the monkeys and even enjoyed having a go on the train. Would definitely go back as we all enjoyed ourselves!

Great display of animals that you can see in there enclosures. Great little park to play on. Picnic area needed to be bigger only 3 picnic tables, looks like they maybe working on that as building work going on. Staff were all lovely and friendly. On such a hot day they needed an ice cream and drinks parlour instead of having to back track back into garden centre. Think the building work will improve such things, hopefully.

I had a fabulous few hours here with my husband and 4 boys. Lots of lovely animals to see & some we've never seen before! The Wolf dog was a big hit with my boys (and hubby) Loved how all the animals had a little tale to tell on a their plaques, so you knew their journey. We stayed about 3 hours there. Walked round then had our picnic in the picnic area, then had another walk round. Then finished it off with the boys playing on the park, which is a lovely place for the kids run some energy off. There is a little train ride there too but at an addition cost we decided not to go on it. I don't think I would pay the full price to get in there, as I say it's only a few hours round there and as a family of 6 in think it's a little too expensive but loved the groupon price!! There is lots of animals to see such as birds of prey, lots of different species of monkeys, coyotes, reptiles, emus, wild cats, pigs & the very impressive wolf dog! It's a lovely little place, and you can tell all the animals are very well looked after. I had four very happy & excited boys so I think that is a good review 😁 Would highly recommend the place.
