First established in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with 1950s-inspired decor, and serves up an array of freshly-made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
Unlimited drinks included which isn't mentioned in the groupon description. 2 of everything except the little cakes, which means you can cut them in to two tinier cakes to each have one. Very good experience all round.
We had an all day breakfast but the toms and wushrooms were dry and had been cooked with I’m guessing sage whiich wasn’t stated on the menu. It was busy but felt rushed.
polite and value for money
Sandwiches had no filling in them and waited half hour for a coffee
Ok , very small cakes that you had to share. Scones you get two each but they are half the size that they sell in store. Sandwiches were plain with stale edges , not that impressed
