When I go to the salt cave, even though it’s an artificial one I always feel much better, it helps me a lot and opens my airways when I have a cold/flu and improves my skin too. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and nice. The Clinic itself is calming and clean. They have an adult room and children room where you can go with your children. You will need to use light coloured clothing as you will be covered in white due to the salt being all over the room and also being blowed in or bring some extra clothes to change into. I highly recommend you to go and experience this natural treatment yourself.
