A spread of open sandwiches includes sweet-savoury honey roast ham, traditional cucumber and smoked salmon. Next, a tiered stand arrives sporting freshly made chocolate-chip scones with praline spread, cupcakes and miniature fancies on an edible gold leaf and chocolate plate.
An assortment of pastries including delicious Valrhona chocolate will also be served, and patrons can stay refreshed with a choice of speciality tea such as The Hilton afternoon blend or Imperial Earl Grey with blue flowers, and may opt for a glass of Champagne each (£10 per person).
