Operation Guide

• Place the food-filled fryer basket into the machine
• Plug in and press the power button to turn on
• Press the menu button to select one of the eight cooking modes
• Adjust temperature and timer using the +/- controls
• Press the power button again to begin cooking
• The fryer stops automatically when the cooking time is complete
• Long-press the power button to turn the appliance off
