The Merchant
The Cardamom Club use local produce to populate their wide menu of Indian fare. Traditional cooking techniques are used when preparing their dishes and have gone back to basics to produce some unique and flavoursome combinations. The coal fired tandoori retains the authenticity of the kebabs, meats and breads, while the smoking, curing and slow cooking techniques allow for a modern twist to some traditional favourites.
