Briliant as the cartoons resembled my family members and as big simpsons fan this made a great present. I need a few minor alterations and sam and his team were all too kind to help and did this for me which was great. Brilliant end product and i will be using them again in future.

This product is extremely poor with regards to the final product. They obviously use some kind of clip art library to build the picture. Probably slightly adjust one they already have, for example, myself and child both had the exact same eyes, even though there are 40 years between us. We were extremelt disappointed, the only saving grace was that their customer service communicated with us. I'd asked for us to be in flat caps, and at first they sent a christmas scene with christmas hats. On contacting customer support asking why we didn't have caps and who asked for christmas? They kindly sent back a revised version. Someone had deleted the hats and background... There are much better products out there, maybe not as cheap, but what is it auntie used to say? 'buy cheap buy twice' - this product is the perfect example, you expect a likeness you would recognise and it just doesn't deliver. If you want a bland, could be any male/female in the world, then this is for you, if you want quality, look elsewhere. Oh, there is no thing as refund because they have 'drawn' (i use that word in the loosest sense) your picture - avoid
