Players are welcome to join the public Airsoft sessions as a "lone ranger" or as part of a full team, ensuring flexibility for all participants.

District 23 offers flexible options; players can choose to bring their own kit or select a session where the latest dual play markers are included as standard.

No, District 23 focuses on a straightforward, high-quality experience. They provide the latest dual play markers as standard, without any gimmicks or equipment upgrades.


Fine Print

  • Waiver must be signed on arrival.
  • Limit 10 per person.
  • Must be 12 or over (no exceptions), under 18s must be accompanied by an adult (do not need to participate)
  • Option to include kit and safety equipment or bring and play with your own.
  • No weight/height restrictions.
  • No weather restrictions - indoor venue.
  • Maximum of 28 per game/session.
  • You will be grouped with other players during gameplay.
  • Valid Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 6pm - 10m (doors open at 5 and gameplay stats at 6, please allow sufficient time to start at 6pm or give notice of your arrive time if it will later) Sundays 3pm-8pm, doors open at 2pm.
  • Please note, no live ammunition is used during any activity.
  • Once booked and confirmed not permitted to cancel, rescheduling possible with 24 hours notice.
  • Valid until the 30th Sept 2026.
