- Booking: Appointment required. Email info@prime-pass.co.uk with your Groupon code, security code, name, and the preferred time, date, and location of the class you wish to attend. Tickets will be sent for one of the selected classes (subject to availability).
- Additional Information: Please check the website to select the class you'd like to attend. Vouchers are valid for four months from the purchase date. Maximum two bookings per person when redeeming.
- Restrictions: No cancellations or rescheduling once a ticket date has been confirmed. Prime Pass allocates five voucher spaces per class, so requested dates/times are subject to availability. Admission is confirmed only when tickets are sent. Drinks not included.
