The experts afloat at Dream or Two send sailors of all levels out in to the Solent to sharpen their skills and enjoy the breeze of the open sea. This four-hour excursion is designed to give beginners a glimpse of life on deck, with a chance to get involved with controlling and steering the vessel. Each voyage includes a stop for snacks with sarnies, crisps, fruit and cakes to keep journeys energised, as well as tea coffee and squash throughout.

What is Dream or Two?
A team of sailing enthusiasts running courses and experiences on the Solent, helping absolute beginners to find their sea legs or aiding more experienced skippers towards attaining RYA qualifications. Operating from Gosport's Royal Clarence Marina, the fleet of four yachts is poised to launch throughout the year.
What kind of experiences are available?
RYA sailing and theory courses and fast-track learning for all manner of sailing skills. Racing opportunities and a few holiday opportunities up for grabs too.
What are the boats like?
The cruisers range from 36 to 38.5 feet, and are generally chosen for their stability which allows for easy learning for beginners. All have kitchen facilities on board, ideal for tea breaks, while spacious interiors offer respite from rainy days.
Any advice for beginners?
Although all safety equipment is provided, as well as some heavy-duty waterproofs, newcomers are advised to bring warm and waterproof clothing, even if the sun's out. Non-slip shoes are important too, as the decks will get wet.
