Following a consultation, a certified Redcord practitioner from The Back Pain Centre will perform muscle tests plus a balance and postural assessment to identify ‘weak links’ in the body which may be causing back or neck pain. Based on the findings, a Redcord treatment will be performed which aims to strengthen and re-align the body to improve muscle performance and relieve pain. The exercises are performed with the body being fully suspended by a system of soft slings. Clients can choose to return for either one or two 30-minute follow-up treatments, which will continue to work on balance, posture and core stability.
