Soak up the energy at Fight Science in Aldershot and work towards fitness goals with the use of top-of-the-range training equipment. Clients can opt for a one, two or three month membership and train for seven days a week at the facility which is conveniently open from 7am-10pm Monday to Friday.

The Merchant
Steeped in an ethos of hard work, Fight Science is a martial arts training academy and gym. Hammer Strength weight machines, Life Fitness cardio apparatus, heavy free weights and a functional fitness zone are just some of the facilities available at the gym. An MMA cage is also installed at the centre in Aldershot, as is a huge matted area where lessons in martial arts such as karate, Brazilian jiu jitsu, taekwondo and K1 kickboxing are taught.
