The Experience

You will then continue on to a Nile River cruise, journeying between iconic locations and uncovering Egypt’s extraordinary heritage, from impressive temples and ancient ruins to world-famous landmarks that tell the story of one of history’s greatest civilisations.

The Itinerary
14 Nights Hurghada & Nile Cruise Holiday Itinerary

Day 1: Fly from the UK to Hurghada and check in for your stay in Hurghada.

Day 2–7: Enjoy your stay in Hurghada, with time to relax by the Red Sea or take part in optional activities.

Day 8: Take a shared transfer from Hurghada to Luxor and embark on your Nile Cruise. On arrival, the friendly cruise team will welcome you and assist you with settling into your cabin. Overnight stay on board in Luxor.

Day 9: East Bank – Early morning visit to Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Lunch on board, followed by noon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Edfu.

Day 10: Kom Ombo – Early morning sailing around 9:00 am towards Kom Ombo. Visit the Sobek Temple at approximately 16:00 hrs. After the visit, continue sailing to Aswan, arriving around 21:00 hrs. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Aswan.

Day 11: Aswan – Early morning tour of Aswan including the High Dam, Philae Temple, and a Felucca sail on the Nile. Afternoon at leisure with the opportunity to explore Aswan or join optional excursions such as a visit to a Nubian village or a camel ride along the Nile arranged by the guide. Overnight on board in Aswan.

Day 12: Abu Simbel / Leisure Time – Early morning optional excursion to the famous Abu Simbel Temples south of Aswan, or enjoy a relaxed morning on the sun deck. In the afternoon (around 14:00 hrs), sail back north to Edfu, arriving around 21:00 hrs. Overnight on board in Edfu.

Day 13: Esna – Luxor – Morning sailing to Esna with a visit to the Temple of Khnum around 10:00 hrs. Continue sailing downstream to Luxor, arriving at approximately 14:30 hrs. Optional city tour in Luxor during the afternoon. Overnight on board in Luxor.

Day 14: West Bank – Morning excursion to the West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. In the evening, optional Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temple. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
