Evolution Motorhomes
Evolution Motorhomes invites visitors to explore Britain courtesy of their motorhome rental services, and aims to offer a special experience for those embracing the idea of hiring a vehicle with accommodation services.
Travellers will hire almost new vehicles (less than 1 year old) that are equipped with air conditioning, TV with fixed digital aerial and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking appliances that use on-board gas bottles.
Visitors may add a number of optional products to their hire, such as bedding packs, bike racks and hot drink-making facilities.
Hire Details
- Age/driving license restrictions: must be aged between 25-70 years old and have held a full driving licence for at least 3 full years before the hire start date in order to drive the motorhome. You will need to send us copies of your license before insurance is issued.
- Deposit required: A refundable rental damage deposit of £1200 is payable in advance by you for any damage or loss caused to the motorhome or its equipment and will be refunded within 7 working days of the date upon which the motorhome is returned.
- Fully comprehensive motorhome insurance required; a copy of this before must be sent. This is to be organised by the hirer. We recommend using www.dayinsure.com.

Booking:
Must book within 30 days of purchase. Booking required by phone: 01246 458 808. To book a motorhome you must: complete the motor rental agreement; complete the hirer’s profile; confirm your acceptance of the terms; authorise online payment from your credit/debit card, provide copies of all drivers' licences, provide a damage deposit, complete and sign the rental agreement and condition report upon collection and return. Booking modification upon merchant availabilities (book early to get your dates). Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. Limit 1 voucher per stay. May buy multiple as gifts.
Limitations:
A charge of £35 from the rental damage deposit will be made if at least one completely full gas cylinder of the same size as and make as the one taken out is not returned with the motorhome.
When making a booking you must supply a hire mileage estimate which forms part of the rental contract. If your mileage estimate breaches the fair usage policy, Evolution Motorhomes may charge you £0.35 per additional mile.

Repairs: You are authorised to spend up to and including £50 on minor component replacements such as bulbs, hoses and belts. The cost will be refunded to you on the submission to Evolution Motorhomes of a valid VAT receipt.
