Spitfire Cockpit Experience
The Supermarine Spitfire, the fighter aircraft that made its name during the Battle of Britain, is celebrating its 80th anniversary. Plane enthusiasts will have a chance to sit in a WWII Spitfire’s cockpit, see a ground-running 27-litre V12 Merlin engine and listen to an introductory talk from an expert. Refreshments will be provided in the form of a light buffet meal with tea, coffee or soft drink to choose from.

Children under 14 yrs must be accompanied by an adult
Participants must weigh less than 17 stone. The merchant will use reasonable endeavours to cater for passengers above 17 stone but cannot guarantee that this will always be possible and no refund will be due to the voucher holder or passenger in the event that any passenger exceeds such weight limit. Merchant reserves the right to refuse entry to the aircraft if damage may be caused or if there is risk to the client

PAYMENT TERMS - GROUPON LIVE
The parties acknowledge that Groupon has reserved the Merchant Offering for all Voucher Holders. Accordingly, the following payment terms shall replace the payment terms at sections 4.1 and 4.2(1) – (3) of the General Terms and Conditions:
Groupon shall collect from the sale of each Voucher the purchase price of such Voucher (the Voucher Price) as set out in the Special Terms and Conditions. Groupon shall deduct from the Voucher Price: (a) its Success Fee, as set out in the Special Terms and Conditions, (b) a percentage of the Voucher Price defined in the Special Terms and Conditions as payment for administrative fees, and (c) any legally applicable VAT in respect of (a) and (b), and remit the balance (the Remittance Amount) to the Merchant within 14 days of the date of the Merchant Offering being provided. No Remittance Amount shall be due for any Vouchers that are refunded or in respect of a Merchant Offering that is not provided in full to the Voucher Holder.
