Bringing a little more melody to A Christmas Carol, Scrooge The Musical is an all-singing all-dancing interpretation of Charles Dickens’ festive classic. This seasonal extravaganza stars 76-year old rocker and theatre veteran Tommy Steele as the miserly old Scrooge as he shuns all things jolly on Christmas Eve, only to be greeted by a trio of ghostly visitors. The stage is brought to life with the wintery world of Victorian London, under the production prowess of Bill Kenwright. Mystical illusions ensure that the visiting spirits are sufficiently spooky, while the dulcet tones of Tiny Tim leave no heart string un-tugged.
