The Event
Swinging into action with a talented troupe, Billy Smart's Circus assembles a mix of theatre, music and dance in a heated big-top marquee. Spectators are drawn to the edge of their seats as flying trapeze artists perform various aerial feats, while a live orchestra provides a soundtrack for the proceedings. A 20-minute interval gives audience members a chance to visit on-site food and refreshments stalls, before further acrobats, clowns, comics and jugglers exercise their distinctive skills.
