Royal Ascot Event at Edgbaston With Glenn Hoddle

Sports fans can get up close and personal with one of English football’s all-time-greats thanks to Gala Events. Former England boss and Spurs legend Glenn Hoddle provides insights and anecdotes from his lengthy career as a player, manager and pundit. Now working for Sky Sports, Hoddle is said by many to have been one of the best players to ever grace the pitch at White Hart Lane. Taking up managerial roles towards the end of his playing days, Hoddle helped Chelsea see the light after some dark years, before going on to secure an impressive win rate as England manager from 1996-99. Winner of 53 international caps, he was inducted into the National Football Museum Hall of Fame in 2007. In the build-up to Glenn’s talk, a Sky Sports racing tipster will help guests place an informed bet on the racing from Royal Ascot, with on-hand bookmakers taking care of business. A giant screen in the hospitality suite will then show the full race card, before the Birmingham Bears take on the Leicestershire Foxes in a big-hitting T20 battle.
