Swap city buzz for charming Cotswold villages—savour a classic British lunch and uncover rich local history on a guided tour.
About This Deal
Escape to the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty spanning nearly 800 square miles across five counties. With its rolling hills, postcard-perfect villages, and lively market towns, it’s the ideal retreat from London’s fast pace. Your journey begins in Burford, the ‘gateway’ to the Cotswolds, where ancient houses line the streets and historic gems like England’s oldest pharmacy and a medieval bridge await discovery.
Continue to Stow-on-the-Wold, a charming town steeped in medieval history and surrounded by breathtaking countryside. Browse antique shops and cozy tea rooms before heading to Bourton-on-the-Water, known as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’. Admire its honey-hued stone buildings and visit the Grade II listed Model Village—a miniature replica frozen in the 1930s. Wrap up your day with a hearty British lunch at The Old New Inn, where seasonal, locally sourced ingredients bring traditional flavors to life.
