What are the age, height, and weight requirements for the climb?
Participants must be at least 8 years old and a minimum height of 1.2m. The maximum weight allowed is 130kg (21 stone / 286 lbs). Please note, under-18s must be accompanied by an adult, with one adult supervising up to four minors.
Are there any medical conditions that would prevent participation?
You cannot take part if you are pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or recovering from major surgery in the last 12 months. Certain medical conditions, such as vertigo, epilepsy, or heart issues, may also make the climb unsuitable; if you are unsure, please consult your doctor before booking. Essential medication, like inhalers or insulin, must be declared to the team. All participants are required to sign a waiver.
What should I wear, and what items are not allowed during the climb?
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, it must be tied back for safety. For your convenience and safety, bags, food, drink, cameras, and umbrellas must be stored at the reception area before your climb.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
This activity is non-cancellable once booked. You can reschedule your ticket up to 48 hours in advance for a £5 fee per ticket. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your activity will incur a £12 fee per ticket.
