The Event
Edinburgh Hogmany aims to bring 2014 in with style at the Assembly Rooms. Each standard ticket (usually £65 each) includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival and entry to the Ballroom and Music Hall, complete with big-screen projections of the New Year bells and fireworks display. Live music is provided by Ceilidh Stomp's traditional songs and seven-piece band Hidden Agenda's variety of Motown and Soul classics, and the dancing and music continues right through to 1am.
