Retro Festival
In celebration of all things vintage, the Retro Festival returns for its ninth year, setting up stalls at Newbury Showground. The family-friendly festival will see three stages hosting a range of rock ‘n’ roll, 60s club music and Swing artists to satisfy all tastes. Over 1,000 vintage and classic cars, scooters, steam engines and motorcycles will be on display, many offering rides around the festival’s grounds. Meanwhile, kids can keep amused in the activity centre or vintage fairground, while adults can browse the festival market in search for vinyl music, vintage fashion and produce from local sellers. The excitement doesn’t stop there, with other features including helicopter rides, military vehicles, aerobatic flying displays and purpose-built dance floors. All children under the age of 11 also receive free entry to the festival.
