The Merchant
Go Freediving runs courses and training sessions, all featuring the technique of apnea: diving on a single breath of air. Beginners and advanced freedivers alike can pick up tips to improve their practice. Courses range from four-hour trial sessions in a pool, to training days on location in Poole and Vobster Quay. The company also runs diving holidays in the Red Sea.

Booking: Required by email emma@gofreediving.co.uk. Present printed Groupon on arrival. 2-weeks cancellation policy.
Restrictions: Valid for UK courses available here www.gofreediving.co.uk/courses/freediving-courses/try-freediving-course/ and www.gofreediving.co.uk/courses/freediving-courses/freediving-course/. Must be 14 or older. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. New customers only. For RAID free diver course must be able to swim 400m non-stop without fins or buoyancy device. For Try Freediving course must be able to swim 200m non-stop without fins or buoyancy device. Must bring own wet suit. Can hire this for a surcharge; please enquire upon booking. Must sign health questionnaire. If unsure about fitness please consult your doctor. RAID theory test must be complete online prior to course weekend. This will be emailed over to you upon booking confirmation. Participants will receive certificate for RAID dependent on performance. Test can be retaken if you fail at first attempt. Valid for option purchased only.
