Your day begins at 1 PM as you are greeted by the chief elf and guided to your table, where the fires are roaring, Christmas songs are playing, and the decorations are gleaming. Tables are specially decorated with Christmas crackers and napkins. The experience features a delicious Traditional Festive Afternoon Tea for adults, including assorted sandwiches, festive cakes, scones, and bottomless tea or coffee. Children (12 and under) will enjoy a dedicated menu, bottomless orange squash, and a colouring request page to hand to Santa.The main event arrives at 1.15 pm with the sound of bells, signalling Santa's arrival on his stage. Tables will be called up one at a time, giving you ample opportunity to chat with Santa and take photographs. Each child will receive a selection box gift directly from Santa, completing a perfect, cosy family day out.
