The first session begins with a consultation involving a basic health check as well as a look at muscles, joints, nerve function and posture. Clients can choose either one or two follow-up treatments that can aim to aid a host of issues, including trapped nerves, migraines, joint problems, sports injury and or neck and back pain. A variety of manual techniques are used, such joint manipulation, physical therapy and rehabilitation exercises. Advice on healthy eating and exercise is also provided.
