Spice Explorer (Beginner, Saturdays):
Learn to cook 3–4 street food favourites such as pakoras, spiced potatoes, masala chai & more – served with fresh mint & coriander chutney.
- Spice Explorer is ideal for beginners on Saturdays at 11 am, offering a chance to learn to cook 3 street food dishes.
Advanced Indulgence (Advanced, Sundays):
Prepare a full Indian spread: curry (paneer or chicken), pulao rice, dal, vegetable, Indian breads, and a surprise dessert.
🎁 Take home everything you make and enjoy optional spice kits so you can recreate your dishes 3–4 times at home.
- Advanced Indulgence is ideal for the more advanced on Sundays, offering 4 mains. Vegetarian options available.

We’re Kavita & Akash, the husband-and-wife team behind Homemade Indian Food — a labour of love born from spice-stained aprons, bubbling pots, and the joy of feeding others from the heart.
Raised in Indian households where food was never just food — it was comfort, celebration, and connection — we grew up learning the art of cooking not from books, but from mums, aunties, and grandparents. Our earliest memories are filled with the sounds of mustard seeds crackling in oil, the aroma of fresh garam masala, and the warmth of sharing a home-cooked meal.
When we moved to the UK, we longed for those flavours — honest, bold, and deeply rooted in tradition. But we also realised something beautiful: there was a growing community here just as hungry for that connection to real Indian home cooking.
