The fire and ice experience is a sensory treatment designed to encourage relaxation through use of warm and cold temperatures, in the thermal suite (usually £22). Guests can also select another body treatment, such as the serail mud chamber, where the skin is coated in mud and various other minerals to deeply cleanse skin and leave it feeling refreshed (£45).

Situated in rural North Norfolk, Imagine Spa strives to create a relaxing and tranquil environment with a range of health club facilities. A pool area includes a hot tub, sauna and steam room, while state-of-the-art cardiovascular and resistance machines are available in the gym.
