Established by a couple of yoga aficionados who dreamed of bringing yoga closer to the local community, In Balance Hot Yoga offers a range of classes, working across different styles. Group and private sessions are available, allowing trainees on all levels to find something for themselves. Workshops focused on specific issues, as well as teacher training programmes for those looking to share their passion with others, are also on offer.
