I had a facial yesterday which was a very enjoyable experience. The face massage was relaxing and the owner was welcoming and friendly. Well worth the money.

They re arranged my appointment and when I arrived for my 11am appointment tthe premises were closed I waited for 15 minutes and then headed home. I call the premises and left a voicemail, there was no response from the salon therefore I contacted Groupon to ask for refund which couldn’t be completed as the voucher had been redeemed. I called the premises again and the person denied that the salon was closed at 11am. No attempt to re book me just a denial, the person said she would call back after she had checked the voicemail and the cameras in order to prove that I had not arrived when the salon was closed even although I snapped a picture of the salon quite clearly closed as I waited outside. This is the first time I have had an issue with a salon and was unaware that they can redeem vouchers after you have given the Groupon codes when booking. No one has contacted me and it is now 18.50.. Dreadful service.

Made an amazing job of my lashes and brows. I had a lash lift and tint, brows threaded and also tinted. Absolutely delighted. Chatty friendly staff too!
