The course was easy to access, was split into good-sized sections and the course content was relevant and easy to use. Would recommend.

Good course. Make sure you do it in 30 days, if you don't you have to extend it and that costs more. Could do wiht more grooming techniques on the course.

I only didn't give five definitely because I didn't need to use customer services. The course itself is very clear and useful and easy to use pick up and put down, suitable for beginner or refresher, a bargain at the price.

I felt I would benefit by a refresher course after working in the pet industry for almost 30 years . It was good to get up to date and I would highly recommend this course for all, regardless of knowledge In pet first aid .
