The Deal
Racers can indulge their need for speed on the Brentwood or Lakeside track, with a 15-minute stint of seat time following a safety briefing and instruction. Fully decked out in helmet, race suit, gloves and balaclava, karters can fly around the 800-metre plus circuits at high speeds, only a few inches off the ground.

The Merchant
Lakeside and Brentwood Karting boast circuits measuring just short of a full kilometre in length, and up to eight metres in width. A selection of karts are available, with models for different ages and heights, and restricted engines for the young ones. Time spent off the track can be filled with snacks from the cafe, or talking race strategy with fellow drivers in the dedicated spectator areas. Driving tuition and organised race events are also on offer.

Restrictions: Valid Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat-Sun 9am-midday and 5pm-8pm. Valid at Brentwood, CM13 3DP; Arterial Rd, RM19 1EA only. Must be 8 or older. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Min height 4ft4’ at lakeside, 4ft at Brentwood. Max weight 19st. £3 surcharge for insurance per person paid on arrival. Not suitable for pregnant women or people with heart conditions. No open toes or high heeled shoes, comfortable clothing is recommended. Waiver must be signed on arrival. Must arrive 45 minutes before booking time. Valid on option purchased only.
