Lymington Sea Water Baths invites families to take the plunge in its historical waters. The baths, which date back to 1833, are surrounded by drink and snack kiosks and lead out to The Solent. This deal for one or three visits is open to families of up to four and also includes an ice-cream per person each visit.

What is the baths' history?
The current baths were first opened in 1833 by the Lymington Bath and Improvement Company. After that they moved through various hands before going through a golden period during the 1930s under ownership of the Lymington Corporation.
When can visitors take a dip?
The baths open from 11 May for weekends only, and will be open everyday from 8 June until September, with the final date for end of season still to be confirmed.
What kind of goodies are on offer at the kiosks?
There's a wide range of ice-creams and lollies that run the gamut from the single scoop to the Supreme Caramel Crunch. There are also plenty of cakes and confectionary available, as well as hot food and water toys like rubber rings and beach balls.
Anything else?
Swimming lessons and canoe hire are both available and can be included on a day out at an extra cost.
