A buffet of starters spread before the guests will feature a selection of cold hors d’oeuvres, seafood and chef’s hot soup of the day. A main course will then follow, with a choice of sirloin of beef, loin of pork, leg of lamb or breast of turkey. The meat can be accompanied by a selection of seasonal vegetables, potatoes and Yorkshire pudding, or replaced by a fish or vegetarian option. Seasonal dessert such as cheesecake and assorted gateaux will make for a sweet end of the feast.
